Mr. Reyes brings over fifteen years of experience in the biometric, identity management and applied public sector technology fields, as well as, business development, project management and technical marketing. Mr. Reyes has expertise in project management, software programming, systems analysis and design, and hardware/software systems integration. His background includes extensive activities in support to large-scale credentialing and identity vetting programs for the design, development and deployment of benchmark biometrics solutions for Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies and commercial customers.
