James J. Orgill
Mr. Orgill is a Sr. Consultant with Identification Technology Partners (IDTP). He is a Program Management Professional with experience in both government and private sectors. His recent government experience includes such activities as conducting physical and cybersecurity vulnerability assessments, producing sector security risk analysis plans and managing a technology program for biometrically-enabled smart card readers in the transportation security area. Mr. Orgill is well versed in client and stakeholder outreach with a strong management skill set. Prior to joining IDTP, Mr. Orgill held positions at the New Jersey Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Intelligence and Analysis. He is also a 1976 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with nine years of active service in the Coast Guard where he was Commanding Officer of an offshore fast attack patrol boat and held positions of responsibility for port security at the Port of Houston, TX.
