Thomas F. Baker

Mr. Baker is a founding partner and serves as Vice President of Identification Technology Partners, Inc. He has over 20 years of broad technical sales and marketing experience in high technology manufacturing and scientific markets. Since 1997, Mr. Baker has been involved with business development, technical consulting and program management efforts in the biometric industry. Mr. Baker has extensive knowledge in the operational use of biometrics in smartcard credentialing and physical access security applications, and personal identity management in civil, government, healthcare, banking, e-commerce, and robotics systems. Mr. Baker has provided biometric and smartcard technology integration and application expertise, as well as technical consulting related to functional system design, operational use-cases and policy development to the TSA’s Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing (TWIC) program, and the Aviation Credential Interoperability Specification (ACIS) program. Prior to joining IDTP Mr. Baker was with Identix Public Sector, and the former Identicator Technology, Inc. In these positions, Mr. Baker supported the selection, design and integration of biometric technology to key Value Added Resellers, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and System Integrators to produce premiere fingerprint biometric solutions in diverse market applications.
